OrcaGuard provides ocean monitoring technology, conservation program support, data platforms, and educational resources. Program participation is subject to additional agreements.
OrcaGuard monitoring data published under open data licenses is available per the stated license terms. Our technology, branding, and proprietary content remain our intellectual property.
Donations are non-refundable except where required by law. We will use funds in accordance with our stated mission and published program descriptions.
OrcaGuard provides information and technology in good faith. We are not liable for decisions made based on our monitoring data or program outputs.
